Venkateshwar Temple

This weekend we went to the temple......Sara was way tooo excited to go to 'Mandirji' and say 'Jai Shri Krishan'.

She ate her full share of prasad and wanted more from panditji. The prasad had 'Nariyal' that she had fun breaking with her grand father. She kept saying "Mujhe aur prasad chahiye....".

Happy Rakhi!

Today we went to my chachi's place (Sara's Nani) for Rakhi. I had to tie Rakhi to Chacha & Varun. Vineet Chacha, Surbhi bhabhi & Asmi were there too for Rakhi. Later Mahesh chacha & family joined us too. Sara had so much fun with her favorite Mansi mausi!! She tied Rakhi too and kept saying "Mein rakhi marregi". We all corrected her so many times but i guess she was having fun saying it this way....LOL

While doing Rakhi, she had chachi tie her a nice rakhi and said "Mujhe bhi chawal lagao.."

After the Rakhi celebration, we headed over to Six Flags - Wild Safari, where on arrival the fun was all over Sara! She kepy saying to all animals "Hello Ducky, Hello Birdy!" ..."See you Later....mere ghar aana". After a while she would say "Ducky to ganda hai....mujhe Hi nahi karta.....".

Carnival Fun

This evening we went to a carnival in our neighborhood (Lyndhurst) - so fun and so free...double whoohoo! Sara had cotton candy and totally enjoyed it...she din't even wanted to share with anyone....

She took a train ride...Daddy & Sara played a few games and got some little prizes. She had her first Tootsie candy and got a real kick out of that.

Montessorie School

Last evening, we went to attend the parents orientation at 'Sara's New School'. She is very very excited to go, play and make new freinds. She says "Meri bus aayegi and mein usmein school jayegi".

Congratulations Big Girl! You are growing up so fast and we couldn’t be more proud of you!

New Wheels

We bought Sara a 'Fisher Price' car on her Birthday! How can it already be time for little Sara to have her first car?! Crazy how time flies! She likes her new ride a lot. :)

Aryan's & Hannu's Birthday

Today we attended two birthday parties - Aryan's & Hannu's. First we drove to Parsipanny for Aryan's 2nd Birthday Party! Sara was knocked out on the car ride hence Vishal & I had a great time with our friends.  Binny prepared such Yum food - after a long time I had Corn!! I loved it!!!!

Later in the evening, we went to Hannu's birthday party. Sara was way more excited to join Hannu for his birthday. She even wished him "Happyyyy Birthday to u". She jumped on the bouncer, ate dinner & cake, danced while hanging out with Hannu and all his friends! We didn't leave Swati's home until 12:30 am.

I didn't took any pics since i was busy enjoying. Have to ask Binny & Swati to send some pics soon.

Happy Independence Day!

We all with Vishal parents went to New York City to watch the 'India Day Parade'. Sara was so excited and elated to see fun stuff with her grandparents. What a treat! She had fun, but then she was tired and just wanted her bed. Happy Birthday India!

Natural History Museum

After a crazy late start and brunch, we all went to the 'Natural History Museum' on Saturday. It was SO COOL!

We watched the famous dinosaur exhibit, mammals exhibit. Rose Center for Earth & Space. How fun!

We had so much fun with all our freinds and family. Kids had Pony ride, Tracter ride, fed animals, hay-ride and went peach picking ! SO SO SO fun!

We all had a Blast! Sara would pick a peach, take a bite, and then put it in the bucket. She just kept repeating that and it was cracking us all up. It's quite possible that she ate her weight in peaches today!

I want to squeeze you and mooch you every moment of every day, because I love you that much. You are so smart, so funny, and so full of life. You are my reason. You have taught me so much about seeing the world in so many colors. I love pretending with you, playing with you, dancing with you, singing with you, marching with you, and just being around you. You brighten my life more then you will ever, ever know. I have had the best 3 years of my life raising you...
