Fun Friday!

We had a super fun time at our friends place. When we arrive (late, of course!) we are greeted by the happy faces of Kisna and Nikki. It is so cute to see little people get excited about a baby.

After a while, it was time for Sara's sleep. While I was having a great cup of tea after dinner, Sara stayed in my lap and watched Kisna.....i love this kiddo!!!

5 months ago...

Five months ago we were wondering who this little girl was going to be! My days were filled with feeding and pumping and changing diapers, going to the doctor every other week or so, trying to find time to spend with Vishal!

For the most part all of those tiring things have become easier! With time, everything gets easier. I think 5 months is the magic mark! I physically feel close to prepregnancy and I am actually getting some decent rest! Sara sleeps almost through the night (hopefully I'm not jinxing myself).

Sara is beginning to show us who she is going to be! She is a very loud little baby. She makes sure that you know where she is at all times! Just this week I have started to put my finger over my lips and "shhhh" her. She just laughs at me! She also must be entertained at all times. Developmentally she is sitting up for up to 5 minutes or so at a time,and getting up on all fours.....wanting so badly to crawl, just not quite there yet. Too cute.

Happy New Year

Sara was the only one partying in the new year. Already the kid is cooler than her parents! ;) But hey, we take sleep when we can get it. Happy 2008!

My Best Present

Sara is the Best present I've ever received!

First Christmas!

We had a great time at chachi's place today. All our friends were together to celebrate Christmas....Mahesh Chacha, Andy Chacha, Madhu Aunty with all kids. It was so fun to have all the boys (big and little) and us girls together again. Love you All!!

Family Getaway

I Love it...it's a perfect description of the nice vacation we had with our "family friends - The Matta's". We went to Puerto Rico - Sara's first airplane ride. We were flying from EWR to Puerto Rico. Sara seemed quite pleased and thankfully we had no issues on the flight.

First Time at the pool - haha! Man, we were missing out the fun to see Sara in water! What a bummer that we didn't take her sooner! She LOVED it!

It was, quite simply, a Perfect vacation. We  were guaranteed good company and LOTS of laughs.

4 Months old!

Sara is already four months old. Time is flying by and our little baby continues to grow and discover new things. Our family is truly blessed with her. She thumps her legs, flaps her arms, and/or gives us the big gummy grin when she is excited.

In the past week, she's discovered her feet and is quite pleased with these new little toys. She is too darn cute and we love her to pieces!

Tummy Time

Sara is getting so strong! She can lift and hold her head for quite some time during tummy time now.
