Who is this Big Little Girl?!

It's a cold day and sara is her usual...fun and making me laugh. She wore an indian suit today; so I wanted to take her pictures. Then I looked at the pictures and thought, "Who is this BIG girl?!" Oh dear, my baby is growing up too fast. :)

Matta's Visit

We haven't seen our DC friends since October of last year! We so do wish they still lived here! Partially because we miss hanging out with them and having great times together, but now too because we realize what great times our children would have together! Sara interacted so pleasantly and sweetly with Nikki & Kisna. They all played so nicely together!! We had another really awesome visit...Love them all!

 

Fun with Letters

We bought alphabet stickers that sara now uses to write words, She loves using these stickers to write words like 'Sara, Dog, Cat, Hen, Bat.....and many other'. This evening we wrote more than 5 words with her and she was having a good time. :p

Desi Girl

Sara always enjoy indian dresses so much so, that even though her saree is small, I had to get her picture in this adorable outfit. She looks so pretty in her dress.

Cleaning up Christmas

Even though it's only few days after Christmas, we're taking advantage of the extra hands we have around the house and taking the decorations down. Sara's little hands were counted in those extras cited above...she helped Ashu mama & Daddy as best she could.

Sweetkid @ Bensi

We went out for lunch this afternoon to Bensi- yummy! I thought Sara was going to melt down a little bit, but she was fantastic! She was happy as a clam! A pizza-eating clam...we introduced her to the Margarita pizza, and she's hooked like the rest of us. :)

BTW, during lunch she was using Vishal's iPhone to take pictures and this was what she said which I thought was cute:

"Daddy say cheese, smile"
After taking Vishal's pictures she said "Ab mein food ki pictures leti" But mommy food to smile nahi karta!!"

Mommy Mobile

As we are looking ahead to our future family needs, we noted that we really need a new car...so we got a mini-van. Just kidding!

We began looking in October end and on Christmas weekend were really just continuing our research. But lo and behold, those "Christmas Day sales gimmicks" were just too irresistible. We end up getting a great 5 series BMW and now have a new Mommy-Mobile. We picked the car today and it is super!!!
